Created for TV by Dave Filoni — who has since stepped into Lucasfilm’s leadership role after Kathleen Kennedy’s departure — the series has already earned praise. It sits among the high performers on Disney+, boasting a near‑perfect Rotten Tomatoes reception for its debut run.
The story unfolds after the events of The Clone Wars.
