Farewell Stunt Run: Jackass Goes Out in a New Trailer
The Jackass crew returns for what’s described as their fifth feature—and possibly their last—treating fans to a farewell tour of their infamous pranks and camaraderie.
The newly released trailer leans into their signature chaos, spotlighting a ball-busting robot that doubles as a gag device and, yes, a prostate-check bit. It also teases a couple of other extreme bits, from a shock collar on a sensitive area to an escape-room-from-hell, all in the service of the franchise’s blend of pain and punchlines.
According to the official synopsis, Johnny Knoxville and the crew reunite for one final burst of mischief on the big screen, pairing all-new stunts with fan-favorite callbacks from the past 25 years. The intention is a raucous send-off that aims to leave audiences laughing hard in a theater one last time.
Jeff Tremaine returns to direct, producing alongside Knoxville and Spike Jonze. The lineup includes Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Wee Man, Dave England, Danger Ehren, Preston Lacy, Rachel Wolfson, Jasper, Dark Shark, Poopies, Zach Holmes, and a hip robot sidekick named Larry.
