Sofia Mattsson is crossing networks to join NBC’s Days of Our Lives. The former General Hospital star is headed to Salem after wrapping her GH run.
News of the transfer came via a joint post from the show’s Instagram accounts. The caption teased that Mattsson is “making her way to Salem early next year.”
Mattsson’s Sasha Gilmore Corbin arc concluded last summer, with Sasha and her baby Daisy leaving Port Charles after Jason Morgan helped them depart to Paris. The goodbye left the door open for a potential return.
Days of Our Lives says she will join a strong cast led by Deidre Hall, with a debut expected in 2027. The network has not yet revealed which character she will play.
