Across the last six years, he has had eight films labeled rotten by critics, such as Poker Face (9%) and Kraven the Hunter (15%).

Beast centers on an MMA coach who reunites with a former boxer after a crisis pulls them back into the ring. The movie is directed by Tyler Atkins, with David Frigerio co-writing the story. The cast also features Daniel MacPherson, Luke Hemsworth, Mojean Aria, and Kelly Gale.

Box office has reached around $1 million so far, and there is no announced streaming date yet. Crowe’s schedule remains busy, with Bear Country and Billion Dollar Spy in post-production and a Highlander reboot underway, in which he’ll play Ramírez.
